I doubt any kids are actually reading this, but if you happen to be under 21 in the United States and think I’m telling you to go buy tobacco products, this is your tacit notice that I am not recommending the purchase of any tobacco product until you’re of legal age.
Internationally… well… I’m not looking up the laws everywhere, and I’m reasonably confident that your country isn’t going to extradite me because you’re the lone teenager out of the 24 or so people who will ever look at this site. So go off and do your thing, I guess.
If you aren’t already a tobacco user:
I’m not here to sit in moral judgement of anyone. I’ll make a suggestion, though: Don’t take up products that contain nicotine.
When I started smoking, I was about 15 (getting cigarettes at 15 was as easy as wandering into a liquor store or gas station and asking for them, back in the 90’s.). I never planned on how long I’d smoke for. Nobody does.
At 43, I did a block of a solid five straight years tobacco-free. And there wasn’t a single day I didn’t wish for a cigarette. I’ve seen it with cigarettes, dip, chew, vaping, even those Nicorette mints. It’s a hell of an addiction to break.
I know you’ve been told this hundreds of times. Now I’ve told you. So if you get hooked and decide you want to stop, the one thing you can’t do is say that you weren’t told.
